Gold Coast Rods is a pre
1973 American car club founded in 1972 dedicated to the
following objectives:
1. To promote interest in various
types of street rod activities for the entire family.
2. To create good fellowship and sportsmanship among the
members.
3. To uphold the principals of good government.
4. To conduct club operations and activities in such a manner
as to bring about a cleaner understanding on the part of
the public , press, and law enforcement agencies of organized
street rod activities.
5. To promote safety in automobile construction, operation,
and maintenance.
Membership is open to any person 21
years or older, of good character, owing a pre 1973 American
automobile subject to all the terms and conditions in article
III of the GCR Bylaws.
GCR is a non profit organization registered
with the State of California under tax ID#77-0007263.
